By accessing or using MYFC ("the Service"), including our website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Plans

MYFC offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans ("Pro") provide access to premium content and features.

Payment

Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Mobile subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with advance notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods, not your current period.

All content provided through the Service, including videos, audio, images, text, and exercise routines, is owned by MYFC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; share your account credentials with others; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; scrape, crawl, or access the Service via automation beyond normal use; or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

MYFC provides facial exercise guidance for general wellness purposes. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition affecting your face, jaw, or neck.

We make no guarantees about specific results from using the Service. Individual results may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYFC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
