No equipment is required. The Daily Lift uses only your hands, your face, and your phone — there are no tools, rollers, or devices to buy.

The one thing we recommend having on hand is a facial oil, serum, or moisturizer for the Sculpt phase. A little slip helps your hands glide across the skin comfortably during the massage movements. Use whatever already works well for your skin type and avoid anything that causes irritation.
