- What are facial zones?MYFC organizes the face into 7 zones — chest, neck, jawline, mouth, cheeks, eyes, and forehead — so you can focus your practice.
- What are the phases of a Daily Lift?Every Daily Lift flows through three phases — Tone, Sculpt, and Lift — combining lymphatic movement, massage, and muscle activation.
- Should I use oil during the Sculpt phase?Yes — a facial oil, serum, or moisturizer helps your hands glide during Sculpt. Use what suits your skin.
- Is this live or on-demand?Both. MYFC offers on-demand Daily Lifts anytime, plus live weekday practice sessions with the creator of MYFC.
