How often should I practice?
Aim for 3–5 sessions a week for best results — many members practice daily.
We recommend 3 to 5 sessions per week for the best results. That cadence is enough to build and maintain the benefits of consistent facial movement without it ever feeling like a chore.
Many members practice every day because the session is short and becomes a calming part of their routine — and daily practice is completely fine. What matters most is regularity over time. A few sessions every week, kept up for months, will do far more than an intense burst followed by a long gap.
If you are just starting, pick a realistic number you can hit consistently and let it grow from there. Your streak and history in the app will help you stay on track.
