How long is each Daily Lift?
Most Daily Lifts run about 10 minutes — short enough to fit into real life and keep up consistently.
Most Daily Lifts are around 10 minutes from start to finish. That length is deliberate: long enough to move through all three phases properly, short enough that you can realistically do it on a busy day.
The goal is a practice you can actually keep. Ten focused minutes most days will take you further than a long session you only manage occasionally. If you have more time and want to keep going, you can always follow a Daily Lift with movements from the Library or another session.
