What is MYFC?

MYFC is a facial fitness platform that combines guided daily exercises and face-tracking technology to sculpt, tone, and lift your face. We draw on proven techniques — combining breath, movement, and mindfulness — to deliver real results.

Do facial exercises really work?

Yes. A 2018 study published in JAMA Dermatology found that consistent facial exercises over 20 weeks led to fuller cheeks and a more youthful appearance. Participants were rated as looking nearly 3 years younger on average.

What are the different workout phases?

Every workout follows three phases: Tone (gentle activation with rhythmic movements), Sculpt (targeted strengthening with resistance exercises), and Lift (advanced movements with optional face tracking). This progression maximizes results.

How long do I need to exercise each day?

You can choose 5, 10, or 15-minute sessions based on your schedule. Even 5 minutes daily delivers results when done consistently. The key is building a daily habit.

What are focus areas?

Focus areas target specific parts of your face: forehead & 11s, eyes & brows, cheeks & nose, chin & mouth, neck & jawline, collarbone & chest, ears, and scalp & crown. You can choose which areas to prioritize in your workouts.

What is face tracking?

During the Lift phase of your workout, the app uses your front-facing camera and Apple’s Vision framework to track 68+ facial landmarks in real time. It counts your reps, measures engagement, and provides feedback — like having a personal trainer for your face.

Do I need to create an account to try a class?

Yes, you will need to create an account. It only takes a moment to join us.

How do I manage my notifications?

You can customize your reminder settings via your profile by clicking “Manage notifications.”

Subscriptions

What’s included in the free plan?

The free plan includes daily workout access, core movements, practice tracking with streaks, and 3 focus areas. Upgrade to Pro for premium programs, the full movement library, face tracking, and all 8 focus areas.

Will my subscription auto renew?

Yes, you will be billed monthly or annually on the day you originally signed up for a MYFC subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account settings or through your app store. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing period.

App & Platform

Is the app available on Android?

We’re currently available on iOS with Android support coming soon. In the meantime, you can manage your account and browse our movement library on the web.

Can I use MYFC on the web?

Yes. You can browse our movement library, manage your subscription, and view your practice history at mydailylift.com. Full workout playback on the web is coming soon.
